A flexible Level 4 and Level 6 degree apprenticeship route from Ada College for growing your in-house digital talent.
A flexible route to grow in-house digital talent: your apprentice begins with 5 weeks of launchpad training, then follows a block-release pattern of 4–8 weeks at work and 1 week at Ada College throughout the programme.
The Level 4 and Level 6 Degree Apprenticeships integrate Open University Foundation and BSc degrees, so a successful apprentice finishes with a full honours degree that exceeds typical industry standards, not just a certificate.
Learning is blended: 80% based on real work in your business, 20% college study. The Level 4 programme runs two years, with an optional 14–16 month top-up to a full BSc if you want to keep developing your apprentice further.
